Subscription Cancellations Policy

We are hopeful that at no point in the future you will be dissatisfied with being a subscriber and supporter of Investors in Veterans or when you engage with our support services. We hope you will also be able to see the benefit that you have made to the Veteran community by becoming a subscriber to Investors in Veterans. However if there is anything that you feel could be carried out more effectively, we would prefer to here from you in the first instance to see if we can resolve the difficulties being experienced.

 

Subscription Cancellations

If you want to cancel your subscription that you have with us for purpose of an organisational subscription, please visit My Account > Members Pages, and clicking on “Cancel Membership/Subscription”.

For cancelling individual subscriptions please return to Investing in Veterans page and unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button. This will notify us that you are cancelling your subscription but we do ask that you cancel your payments to us with PayPal as this will also send us a confirmation of cancellation. Once we have received this we will notify you that we are aware of the cancellation via email.

When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

 

Example: Yearly subscription cancellation

If we process a your yearly subscription, cancellation after 30 days of the first day of the subscription that begins June 1, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until May 31st a year later and there will not be a refund of any part of the yearly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.

 

We request that you do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we have received them. It takes longer for us to receive postal mail than electronic mail, for this reason we recommend that you email your request to end your subscription to use at the email address found below within the Contacting Us part of this policy.

 

We request that you provide us with your account/subscription number (if you have one) as this can also speed up the process of honoring your request.

We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or postal mail.

 

Contacting Us

Email your subscription cancellation request to info@investorsinveterans.com. Please include the words “Subscription Cancellation Request” in the subject line of your email.

 

To serve you and others better in the future, we ask (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund or to cancel your subscription. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription package.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use our symbol past the outlined 21 working day acceptable cancelation period, by the end of which we request that you have removed all Investors in Veterans symbols and logo's received from us for the promotion and advertising of your support to the veteran community by paper or electronic means, is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
